Our relationship with our participants goes beyond a simple resume review, and it is our mentorship and camaraderie that can help keep youth on the right track and invested in their potential. Where we are going…

The African Connection plans to continue to grow our social media platforms and increase the capacity for our resume and cover letter programs to include interview support. We have doubled our volunteer team and added professionals to develop our organization’s programming, data collection, and fundraising. Through this investment, we plan to host more webinars, increase organizational and institutional outreach and collaborations, and create strategic partnerships to further our impact on Namibian youth.
